A Friendly, Holistic Approach

Play Therapy
Coming in March 2026 the practice will include play therapy! For children aged 4-12
Talk Therapy
Your therapist will use talk therapy to explore your world. We can figure out what may be causing you distress and use the space to help you process this and build a life you deserve. When a client is ready we can use a more direct approach - setting goals and bringing your ideal life in to existence.
Sessions take place online or in our Cork City clinic!
